Shipping Policy – Customized Physical Products

Shipping within Bulgaria

All our products are made-to-order and customized according to your instructions (text, images, colors, etc.).

Processing Time

  • Production and preparation of the order: 1–2 business days.

  • After that, the product is shipped via Econt or Speedy, depending on your choice.

  • Total delivery time: 2–3 business days after production, depending on the courier and delivery address.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the store based on:

    • Courier service (Econt / Speedy)

    • Weight and dimensions of the product

    • Customer location

  • All prices include VAT.

Customization

  • Please make sure to provide accurate personalization details.

  • Once production has started, we cannot change already customized products, except in cases of technical errors on our side.

Order Tracking

  • After shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your package on the Econt or Speedy website.

Returns and Claims

  • Due to the personalized nature of the products, we do not accept returns, unless the product is damaged or differs from what was ordered.

  • In case of any issues with the delivery or product, please contact us at tvardelicno@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the order.
